For any returns, you must make a request by clicking here: MAKE A RETURN

When your return request is processed, an email will be sent to you with instructions according to the criteria of our return policy based on the prices of the items purchased.

FULL PRICE ITEMS. A printable prepaid return label will be sent to you by email.

ITEM ON SALE, PROMOTION AND PROMO CODE (less than 40% off): You will have to return the item(s) yourself at your expense to Schwiing, NEW ADDRESS: Schwiing, 5425 de Bordeaux, Suite 035, Montreal, H2H 2P9

ITEM ON SALE, PROMOTION AND PROMO CODE (40% off and more). Final sales. No returns are possible.

EXCHANGE IN PERSON AT THE WAREHOUSE. It is still possible to make an exchange in person at our new Schwiing warehouse on rue de Bordeaux. You must write us an email first at info@schwiingapparel.ca

EXCHANGE IN PERSON AT OUR DIFFERENT EVENTS. It is always possible to make an exchange at any time during our various sales events (Pop-Up shop, Warehouse Sale or Fashion Clearance Sale). You do not need to notify us in advance.

ONLINE EXCHANGE. We do not do online exchanges.

IMPORTANT: Returned or exchanged items must be new, unworn, unaltered and unused, with the label and carefully returned to the original packaging . Fees may be required, or the return refused, if one or other of the conditions listed above are not respected.

The return sending date must be within ten (10) days maximum after acceptance of the return request. If this period has expired, we will not be able to issue a refund. A credit note valid for 6 months on our online store will then be sent to you by email. Returned items must be new, unworn, with the original label and packaging. Fees may be required, or the return refused, if one or other of the conditions listed above are not respected.

You are responsible for shipping the returned merchandise. Be sure to package and seal the shipment well. Schwiing Apparel cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise not received or damaged during transport.

RETURN POLICIES:

Note that a handling fee of $7.99 (plus taxes) will be deducted from your initial payment for each return. Exchange only possible in person at our Boutique Atelier.

FULL PRICE ITEMS: Free 20-day return, eligible for refund.

ITEM ON SALE, PROMOTION AND PROMO CODE (less than 40%): Return at your expense, against a credit note (the credit note is valid via our online store for a period of 6 months).

ITEM ON SALE, PROMOTION AND PROMO CODE (40% or more): Final sale. No returns are possible.
