We believe in a slower, more responsible fashion , where every garment has meaning and intention.
This means no overproduction , no dead stock : each product is created especially for you.

đŸš« Returns and exchanges – Printed on demand products

Due to the personalized nature of our production, no returns or exchanges are possible for products printed on demand.

Before finalizing your order, please make sure to check carefully:

  • the size ,

  • the color ,

  • and the design .

We encourage you to consult our size guide and, if in doubt, to measure one of your favorite garments for comparison.

Our approach is based on a simple idea: buy less, but better .
By choosing a State of Mind garment, you support conscious, zero-waste production and contribute to a more sustainable model.

đŸ§” Defective products

Before printing, a sizing treatment is applied to the fabric, which may leave slight temporary marks.
These marks will disappear after the first wash (inside out, in cold water, ideally by hand or on a delicate cycle).

However, if you receive a damaged product or one with a real defect , please contact us within 48 hours of receipt .

Please provide:

  • a clear photo of the product and the observed defect;

  • a brief description of the problem;

  • your order number .

We will examine each case carefully and fairly, in accordance with our commitment to quality.

🚚 Delivery

All our clothing is printed on demand , only after your order has been confirmed.
This production method is part of our slow fashion approach: producing less, avoiding overstock and prioritizing quality.

Each piece is printed individually, carefully inspected, and then shipped directly to your address by our logistics partners.

  • Everyday Collection — Printing in Quebec

    • Production time: 1 to 3 business days

    • Delivery to Canada: 1 to 3 business days after shipment

    Signature Collection — Printed in Ontario

    • Production time: 5 to 10 business days

    • Delivery to Canada: 1 to 3 business days after shipment

Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
If you do not receive it, you can also track your package by logging into your customer account .
