DELIVERY, PRODUCTION, AND RETURNS

🌿 On-demand production

At State of Mind, many of our garments are printed on demand.

This means that items are not mass-produced in advance. They are printed after an order is placed, or according to the scheduled timeline for certain special collections.

This approach allows us to reduce overproduction and avoid waste.


🚚 Lead times vary by collection

EVERYDAY COLLECTION
Printed in Quebec
Production: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery: 1 to 3 business days after shipping

SIGNATURE COLLECTION
Printed in Ontario
Production: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery: 1 to 3 business days after shipping

GROUP ORDERS AND SPECIAL PROJECTS
Some collections operate with an order deadline.
In such cases, orders are grouped after this date, then printed and prepared.

The lead times for the Everyday and Signature collections do not automatically apply to group orders.

CITÉ-JARDIN COLLECTION
The Cité-Jardin group order is open until June 19.

After this date, orders will be grouped, printed, and then prepared for distribution to residents.

Once orders are ready, the Cité-Jardin Residents' Association (A.R.C.J.) will handle distribution to residents.

Cité-Jardin garments are not held in inventory. They are printed on demand after the order period closes.


📦 Tracking and delivery

When an order is shipped by carrier, a tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch.

For some group orders or local deliveries, the process may differ. Specific project details are indicated on the collection page or in the order confirmation.


🚫 Returns and exchanges — on-demand printed products

On-demand printed products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for errors in size, color, or model chosen.

Before ordering, please carefully check:

  • size;

  • color;

  • model;

  • design.

For garments, consult the size guide available on the product page. If in doubt, we recommend measuring a similar garment you already love wearing flat, then comparing the measurements with the guide.


🧵 Defective product or order error

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please provide:

  • your order number;

  • a clear photo of the product;

  • a photo of the defect or error;

  • a brief description of the problem.

We will carefully review each request.


🌸 Geneviève de Billy Collection

Items from the Geneviève de Billy collection purchased at full price can be returned for a refund within 10 days of receipt.

Before any return, please email us at info@stateofmind-brand.ca to obtain a return authorization number.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
