We believe in a slower, more responsible fashion , where every garment has meaning and intention.
This means no overproduction , no dormant stock : each product is created especially for you.

đŸš« Returns and exchanges – Printed on demand products

Due to the personalized nature of our production, no returns or exchanges are possible for products printed on demand.

Before finalizing your order, please make sure to check carefully:

  • the size ,

  • the color ,

  • and the design .

We encourage you to consult our size guide and, if in doubt, to measure one of your favorite garments for comparison.

Our approach is based on a simple idea: buy less, but better .

đŸ§” Defective products

Before printing, a sizing treatment is applied to the fabric, which may leave slight temporary marks.
These marks will disappear after the first wash (inside out, in cold water, ideally by hand or on a delicate cycle).

However, if you receive a damaged product or one with a real defect , please contact us within 48 hours of receipt .

Please provide:

  • a clear photo of the product and the observed defect;

  • a brief description of the problem;

  • your order number .

We will examine each case carefully and fairly, in accordance with our commitment to quality.

🚚 Delivery

Our printed-on-demand items are produced only after the order is placed, according to our slow fashion philosophy: produce less, but better.
Each piece is individually printed, carefully checked, and then shipped directly to your door by our logistics partners.

Production time : 5 to 10 business days
Delivery to Canada : approximately 1 to 3 business days after shipment

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
(If you do not receive it, log in to your customer account to track your package.)

This slight additional delay reflects our commitment to responsible production , with no surplus or waste — each garment is created especially for you.
