Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on print-on-demand products. All of our items are printed especially for you following your order, which means we cannot restock or resell them. Please be sure to check your order details carefully, including size, color and design, before finalizing your purchase.
We strongly recommend that you carefully review our size guide to ensure you choose the correct size. If you are in any doubt, take a similar item of clothing of yours, lay it flat and measure it to make sure you order the size that fits you best. Conditions for Defective Products
Before printing, a product is applied to the garment, which may leave marks. However, these will disappear after the first wash. We recommend washing the garment inside out during this first wash.
Please note that the color of the sweater may be slightly different from the screen of a phone, tablet or computer due to variation in screen settings.
If you receive a product with a defect, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the package. To process your request, we will need the following:
-Clear photos of the defective product, clearly showing the problem
-A detailed description of the defect.
Promotions offered via the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.
DELIVERY:
Orders placed online are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. All orders are delivered directly to your door by our suppliers and it may take 1 to 7 business days to receive your package if it is shipped to Canada. For phone cases, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
